Wedding Information
Popular choices of wedding music
Here is a list of popular music played at weddings to help you
with your own choice. It is imperative that you are in contact
with your organist well in advance of the wedding to ensure that
he is provided with copies of pieces he may not own,
or be familiar with. If you need a contact number for
your organist, please contact the
Church Office .
When choosing hymns it is advisable to choose those with appropriate
words, and those which may be easily recognised by your guests.
If you are unsure which music to choose for the signing of the
registers, it works very well if you choose a third hymn to be
sung. This will keep your guests happy whilst you’re gone!
We regret that we are unable to lend out hymnbooks-these may
be perused after Sunday services. Photocopies of hymns are
available on request.
